Haske unveils A.D.A.M.A.W.A First Agenda at Mahmud Ribadu Square

Thousands gathered at Mahmud Ribadu Square in Jimeta-Yola on 25 April 2026 — traditional rulers, religious leaders, youth and women's groups, diaspora representatives and APC stakeholders from all 21 local government areas — as Abdulrahman Haske formally declared his intention to contest the 2027 Adamawa governorship and unveiled the seven-point A.D.A.M.A.W.A First Agenda. Haske said he sought "the honour to serve, not power for its own sake," describing his candidacy as a covenant with the people. Premium Times reported national APC dignitaries in attendance, including the party's National Youth Leader, Dayo Israel.
